Caring for Your Hired Props

A little care helps keep hired props looking their best throughout your celebration.

Before using your props

Check the items when they are handed over. Tell us promptly if something is missing or damaged, and follow the setup and use instructions supplied for your particular items.

During your event

Keep walkways and exits clear. Do not climb, sit or lean on props, and supervise children around them. Keep drinks away from electrical components. Do not alter wiring, replace bulbs or attach decorations without checking with us.

Check with us before planning any outdoor use. A photograph taken outdoors does not mean that an electrical item is suitable for rain or unsupervised outdoor hire.

Returning your items

Return all supplied parts at the agreed time. If an item is damaged, stops working or goes missing, contact us as soon as possible. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
